CSTAM held a meeting on 17th August, 2007, attended by the representatives from Australia, India, Israel, Japan, Korea, Singapore, China, and the ICSU Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific, and the IUTAM. This meeting intensively elaborated the proposal and formulated the proposal to the IUTAM and the Statutes of the Center.
